  • We offer simple monthly pricing starting at $1,720/mo. Price is driven by a number of different factors, including volume, complexity, and current infrastructure.   • During the first 30 days, your Bravo CPG team will facilitate a ton of knowledge transfer from you to your new team, and within the first 30 days, we are typically up to speed and at steady state.

    We are almost never jumping into a clean house, and we love embedding into a brand and helping them improve and mature their ops function.

  • Yes! Every brand that works with Bravo CPG is given a dedicated team. You’ll have their emails and phone numbers, we will set up a slack channel if you are a slack company, and we will create a weekly meeting cadence, all so we stay in close communication.

    We’ve been told our service feels very “in-house”.

  • Our goal is to feel like an extension of your operations team. We will meet you where you are in terms of how you like to communicate. You’ll have everyone’s emails and phone numbers, we will set up a slack channel if you are a slack org, and we will create a weekly meeting cadence, all so we stay in close communication. You’ll have direct access to everyone on your team. Our SLA is no later than one day for ordinary requests, and asap for urgent requests.

  • We can, yes! We do this for many clients. We just charge a travel fee depending on where we are going, when, and for how long.

  • We are a fully remote team, with a large presence on the west coast. However, we have clients all over the country. We’ve also invested in team members in South America to help us stay competitively priced for our clients.

  • We have worked with 225+ brands over the last seven years and we are working with dozens of brands at a time, which means that we do occasionally work with companies who are in the same categories. With that in mind, we've built our platform in a way that ensures team members at Bravo don't work with competing clients, and we do not share information between clients and client teams.
