ABOUT BRAVO CPG
Bravo CPG provides fractional operations support to early stage, rapidly growing CPG companies. We serve as an extension of our clients' teams, helping them keep daily operations running while working to build strong, scalable processes in three key areas: operations, logistics and supply chain. We are focused on supporting growth stage CPG brands with $3m-$20m in revenue, but also occasionally support pre-launch / pre-revenue brands. We have a heavy concentration in food, beverage and beauty clients but work with all types of products.

As a Director of Operations, you will lead operations for 3-5 CPG brands. You will manage teams of 1-2 junior team members per client, and should expect to focus the majority of your efforts on the strategic elements of client SOWs: strategic planning, demand planning, production planning, network optimization, and margin improvement.
You will be the account manager for your assigned clients and will partner with them to develop critical operations infrastructure and keep day-to-day operations running smoothly and efficiently.
We are looking for operational leaders who are passionate about CPG. The ideal candidate is an entrepreneurial self-starter with strong communication skills, meticulous attention to detail, the ability to think strategically and the drive to continuous improvement.
This is a fully remote, contract (1099) position. Travel is occasionally required, but will be infrequent.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead 3-5 client accounts, simultaneously; you will own the client relationships and will be responsible for onboarding, client retention and off-boarding (when necessary)
Act as head of operations for your assigned clients; own strategic planning, demand planning, production planning and inventory management. Own key client relationships with co-manufacturers, suppliers, 3PLs and other strategically important partners
Maintain clear and effective communication between client operations, sales and finance teams
Manage client budget and ensure efficient use of client team labor hours
Leverage junior team members assigned to your clients to ensure the timely and efficient execution of all daily operational tasks in the SOW
Contribute to the professional development of junior team members through training, informal mentoring and performance reviews for those assigned to your clients
Identify and implement systems, processes and tools that improve operational efficiency
Execute tactical responsibilities, when necessary. Examples: compile inventory reports, place POs, schedule freight shipments, review/audit invoices for accuracy
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree
10+ years of experience in operations, logistics and/or supply chain
5+ years working with food, beverage or beauty brands
Experience as operations lead (senior person on operations team) at a company with $1m+ in revenue
3+ years of demand planning & production management experience
3+ years of managerial experience
Strong excel and data analytical skills

OPERATIONS MANAGER
JOB DESCRIPTION
We are looking for an Operations Manager with 5-10 years of experience in operations, logistics and/or supply chain who has the ability to work on 2-4 client accounts at any given time. The ideal candidate is capable of handling multiple clients and projects simultaneously while balancing competing priorities and deadlines. This is a key role providing the ideal candidate with exposure to a diverse range of brands with the opportunity to directly impact their success.
This is a remote, contracted 1099 position.
RESPONSIBILITIES (varies by client)
General list of responsibilities that will vary by client and will be clearly defined in each scope of work:
Own client engagements, manage client relationships, and produce successful outcomes for the client and Bravo CPG
Support Director of Operations and/or oversee Operations Associates and Operations Coordinators on client engagements
Run supply planning for clients with established demand planning tools and S&OP processes
Manage wholesale order fulfillment from PO receipt to delivery, and, if required, invoicing
Coordinate with external partners such as co-mans, suppliers, 3PLs & warehouses
Source, procure and coordinate delivery of raw materials to manufacturing/coman facilities
Track inventory of finished goods and components across multiple locations
Coordinate domestic and international freight, submitting RFQs to multiple partners to ensure best rates
Build, write, and maintain SOPs for operational activities
Create and manage tools to help monitor and track operational KPIs (i.e. COGS, OTIF, etc.)
Gather data and provide analysis and reporting to help make strategic decisions
Continuously improve operations, logistics and supply chain processes
Maintain and help optimize operational models and tools

We are looking for an Operations Associate with 4-7 years of experience in operations, logistics and/or supply chain to work closely with an Operations Manager on 1-4 client accounts at any given time. The ideal candidate is capable of handling multiple clients and projects simultaneously with competing priorities and deadlines. This is a key role providing the ideal candidate with exposure to a diverse range of early stage brands with the opportunity to directly impact their success.
This is a remote, contract position.

OPERATIONS COORDINATOR
JOB DESCRIPTION
We are looking for an Operations Coordinator with strong attention to detail, fluent English (written and spoken) and Google Sheets proficiency. This is a part-time, freelance position that will start with ~10 hours per week and will grow into a full-time opportunity for the right candidate. An Ops Coordinator will work with 1-4 clients at any given time and will be supported by Bravo Operations Associates and Managers. The ideal candidate is a self-starter, quick learner, and strong communicator. This candidate must be capable of working on multiple projects simultaneously with competing priorities and deadlines. This role offers exposure to a diverse range of early-stage brands and the opportunity to directly impact those brands’ success.
This is a remote, contract position.
RESPONSIBILITIES (varies by client)
General list of responsibilities that will vary by client and will be clearly defined in each scope of work:
Process wholesale orders: enter, process, and confirm customer orders in order management software including ERPs, WMS, and EDIs
Coordinate order fulfillment: send orders to the warehouse, track order status in spreadsheet, and communicate order status to team to ensure accurate, on-time fulfillment
Coordinate freight: quote and contract freight partners for domestic and international shipments, book freight, track status of freight shipments, follow up with warehouse and carriers to ensure on-time delivery
Review and audit operational activity and data for accuracy (i.e. receiving reports, invoices, etc.)
Various administrative tasks associated with onboarding and supporting our clients, including data / information collection, reporting, etc.
Various virtual assistant-type tasks for business owner (this will be a limited part of the role but could include tasks like: coordinating gifts for clients, booking travel, setting appointments, etc)
Collaborate with Bravo team to onboard new systems and retailers, and improve processes as clients’ needs grow and change
Work US hours Monday through Friday, 9 am to 5pm (any US time zone)
